Shipping your order

Orders are generally dispatched within two days of receipt of payment, and are sent by express couriers. 

The courier will send you an e-mail with all the details of the package: code number and estimated date of delivery.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Handling charges are fixed, whereas transport costs will vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group your items into a single order. It is not possible for us to combine two separate order placed individually, so shipping costs will be charged for each order.

Your package is sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to the handling of fragile items. Boxes are of an adequate size and your items are well protected. We do nonetheless invite you to inspect the conditions of your package at the time of delivery, and in case of any damage, report it to the courier, initialling the delivery slip with the words "Accepted subject to verification".

Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the package, and are calculated automatically during the checkout procedure.

We ship all over the world.
For shipping to non-EU countries, please note that shipping costs DO NOT INCLUDE local taxes and import duties, which remain at the customer's expense.
These costs vary between countries, and it is not possible for Grigolite to know how much they will amount to.
